The Juggler team will be holding a BoF at SIGGRAPH 2001 in Los Angeles, California.

The meeting was very successful with more than 55 people in attendance. The Juggler team presented the new 1.0 version, and explained features. Also shown was a preview of upcoming Juggler 2.0, and brief discussion of new features to expect there. At the end of the BoF we asked people to explain what they use VR Juggler for, and most of the people in the room were using it for a wide range of interesting things.

Dr Carolina Cruz-Neira Presents VR Juggler 1.0 An inventor of the CAVE(tm) and the developer of the original CAVElib(tm), Dr Carolina Cruz-Neira presents her newest achievement, VR Juggler, a virtual platform for virtual reality development in development since 1995, and just recently open sourced in 2000. Proudly introduce VRJuggler 1.0. Enabling VR developers to deploy applications to Linux, SGI, and Windows systems with support for input devices such as Motionstar, Flock of Birds, Pinchglove, and others.
