Implementation notes

It appears that I'm supposed to use the Clipboard API (in java.awt.datatransfer). However, I cannot find any good documentation on it and the API is rather cryptic. Unfortunately, the drag-n-drop API depends on the Clipboard API mandating that I should probably use the Clipboard API. If I cannot figure out how to use the Clipboard API in a few hours, I will throw something custom together for the Alpha2 release.

<		 Apparently, Sun has just added an in-progress documentation on doing DnD? and copy-paste with Swing apps in the Java Tutorial. It seems that Swing doesn't support the APIs until Java 1.4. I looks like I may need to update the java requirement for VrjConfig? to Java 1.4 in order to complete this task. Thankfully, it appears that IRIX now has a 1.4 JVM available.
