I am trying to use Win32 and I am having problems with stuff. How should I set it up.

On this Wiki, we have descriptions of how to set up a development environment for many platforms, including Windows. In the VR Juggler 1.0 Getting Started Guide (or the 2.0 version), there is a walkthrough for how to compile VR Juggler applications on Windows.
