Some configuration changes have been made since VR Juggler 2.0 Alpha 4 was released that cannot be expressed by the definition version upgrade transforms. They are the following:

  • Display windows and event windows are configured quite differently as a result of the keyboard/mouse event processing refactoring.
  • The type machine_specific has been renamed to cluster_node.

A separate XSLT program must be written to run on config files before they are loaded into VRJConfig where the remaining updates can be performed.

Implementation notes

This story cannot be completed until after the event handling code has been fully refactored and the machine_specific element renaming has been performed.
