This change depends upon: FixProjectionCodeForDR4Story

This task is actually completely replaced by FixProjectionCodeForDR4Story. The projection problems run deep enough that the fix is going to completely rework the math that was causing this HMD issue. When the Projection fixes are done this story should not be an issue any more.
