Getting Juggler to work on the Mac again is proving to be rather difficult. I am running into problems where singletons are not behaving properly. This is causing Juggler not to think that is has the config chunk description when it really does. Apple may have to be involved to resolve this problem.

I have reproduced the problem with a simple example. I will send this to apple as soon as I clean up the code and write a makefile. The problem seems to only happen when the calls to the singleton are made form with in two separate dynamic libraries.

I heard back form Apple that they are looking into the bug. For the time being we will just have to statically link the applications.
